I know, it isn't spring yet, but I live in Michigan. Winter is never ending! So, I have added a little touch of spring to my home. It isn't much, just some flowers in my table centerpiece, but it makes the cold, snowy days much more bearable!
And it's all thanks to Michael's!
Yeah, I was pondering the idea of getting my spring stuff out. I kind of just wish it would stay one way or the other, either all snow or no snow. This yucky slushy ice goop just isn't any good. The flowers are some nice color!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Laura, this back and forth weather is crazy! I was all ready for spring cleaning and to be able to fling open the windows, but NO! We got two inches of snow last night with temperatures dipping into the twenties. What would we do without flowers? They are something lovely to look at while we slurp down our soup on cold snowy evenings. Love your flower holding thingy! Never saw an arrangement like that, but how cool! Just the thing for a dining table. I am forever buying flowers for the dining table that are too high. I keep saying while I eat, "Alan, are you over there?" Too funny!
ReplyDeleteIt's very cute! I'm ready for Spring too.
ReplyDeleteI love the addition of the spring silk flowers! Our jonquils are beginning to bloom here in Georgia. I would love to pick a bouquet to display on the table but my cats would destroy them! lol
ReplyDeleteJust darling, especially the little mosses! Good use of your many-faceted centerpiece. xoxo
